Who is Selena Gomez?
Selena Gomez is an American singer, actress, producer and businesswoman.
We knew her as Alex Russo in Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place. She then did a successful music career and built several hit albums and songs.
She is also one of the stars of Only Murders in the Building, where she played Mabel Mora. She worked with UNICEF and supported campaigns for children around the world.
In 2020, she created her makeup brand, Rare Beauty. She married producer Benny Blanco on September 27, 2025.
Did Selena Gomez have aesthetic surgery?
Selena Gomez has not confirmed having plastic surgery on her face.
What she has confirmed is Botox. In 2024, she replied to a TikTok about her appearance and said she had Botox. She denied the wider surgery rumours.
You can find lots of claims online about fillers, a nose job, eyelid surgery or a brow lift. Reddit has plenty of these discussions too. But they are based on photos and personal opinions. They are not proof.
Even doctors are careful about this. Plastic surgeons quoted by Allure say it is not reliable or professional to decide what surgery a celebrity had just by comparing pictures.
There is another reason her face may look different at different times. Selena has spoken publicly about lupus, treatment and changes in her weight and appearance.
So, the simple answer is: Botox is confirmed. Other facial cosmetic procedures are rumours unless Selena herself confirms them.
Did Selena Gomez get a breast augmentation?
There is no confirmed proof that Selena Gomez has had breast implants.
The rumours are not new. Speculation started getting a lot of attention back in 2014, after photos showed her looking fuller in the chest. At the time, a source close to Selena told E! News that she ‘did not have any work done’.
Several plastic surgeons have said breast augmentation was possible after looking at her photos. For example, plastic surgeon Dr Jonathan Shifren. He told RadarOnline in 2014 that her breasts appeared fuller and that the shape could suggest implants. But he had never done surgery on Selena. So, this was only an opinion based on photographs.
Reddit discussions are very mixed. Some users say she has implants. Others say that breast size changed with weight gain and body changes. There is not any medical evidence in those discussions. So, they cannot confirm surgery.
That second point matters with Selena. She has openly spoken about her weight changing because of medication used for lupus. She has said that her body can hold more water and her weight can move up and down.
When did Selena Gomez’s boobs change?
People really started talking about Selena Gomez’s chest in 2014. Photos from that year made her breasts look fuller, and that is when the implant rumours picked up.
At the time, E! News reported that a source close to her said she had not had any work done.
Her body changed again later on. Selena has spoken herself about lupus medication, water retention and weight changes. Those can change breast size too. So, a fuller chest does not automatically mean implants.
She has never said that she has breast implants. In 2024, when people were talking about cosmetic work, she confirmed Botox. She did not say she had breast surgery.
So, the change was first noticed around 2014, and her breast size seems to have changed again as her weight changed. But there is still no solid proof that she had a breast augmentation.
What procedures did Selena Gomez have on her boobs?
Selena Gomez is shooting back at speculation she’s had cosmetic surgery.
The singer and Emmy-nominated Only Murders in the Building star shared a TikTok comment on Saturday, July 27 denying she’s gone under the knife.
“Honestly I hate this,” wrote Gomez, 32. “I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.”
Her remark was made on a 2023 video shared by Marissa Barrionuevo, a Florida plastic surgeon assistant who makes videos educating viewers about various procedures and often speculates on what work celebrities have had.
In Gomez’s case, the TikToker didn’t make any guesses, noting that Gomez’s lupus diagnosis could be a possible reason for “changes” in her appearance.
“I literally have no idea what she has gotten done,” said Barrionuevo. “I think she’s been through so much in her life, especially medically related, so I don’t think it’s fair to speculate whether or not she’s gotten cosmetic things done. At the end of the day, let’s just leave her be.”

Benefits of breast augmentation in Antalya, Turkey
Breast augmentation makes the breasts look fuller, rounder and more balanced.
It can help if your breasts have always felt too small for your body. It can also restore lost volume after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss.
Some women choose it because one breast is smaller than the other. Implants help create a more even shape.
This surgery also improves how clothes fit and gives the upper part of the breast more fullness.
For many women, the change is not only physical. Feeling happier with your body also improves your confidence.
Istanbul is also a popular place for breast augmentation in Turkey. Treatment is often more affordable than in the UK and many parts of Western Europe. You can also combine your treatment with a short holiday in Antalya.
